Payment is to be taken on day of sign-up, and then on that day each month thereafter
There is no minimum term commitment, however 30-day notice from the following month’s renewal period is required for cancellation
Unused services can be rolled over, and/or the dollar amount can be used toward not included services. Credit will not be forfeited, but more than three missed services in one calendar year may result in cancellation of membership
You may continue to redeem your membership services and other privileges as long as your membership is in effect and payments are current (cannot be used if membership is frozen or suspended). If payment is declined for more than two months per calendar year, membership may be cancelled
Memberships are offered on a limited basis. If our quota is reached, there will be a waitlist for new members as spaces become available
