Our team consists of highly trained and experienced aestheticians and a physician, all of whom are committed to delivering personalized treatments based on each client's individual needs and goals.
Laser Beauty Works offers the latest in anti-aging and medical aesthetic treatments utilizing breakthrough laser technology, cosmetic procedures, and injectables. All laser treatments are performed by Certified Laser Specialists and all aesthetic procedures are performed by Licensed Medical Aestheticians.
Melissa began working as a technician for Laser Beauty Works shortly after they opened in 2011. Since then, she has been working her way up, becoming part owner in 2015, and sole owner in 2022 when she purchased the business from her partner and founder of Laser Beauty Works, Leanne Wagner. She is a Certified Laser Specialist and a Licensed Esthetician and has been a part of the Cosmetic Laser Industry since she moved to Denver from Cleveland, Ohio in 2007. She received her license in Medical Esthetics from Heritage College and her Laser Certification from Rocky Mountain Laser College. Her goal for Laser Beauty Works is to make it a place that not only provides the best results by offering cutting edge technology, exceptional services and top of the line products, but also excellent customer service and a personal connection with each client.
Michael Iannotti is a practicing Physician in Denver, Colorado. He enjoys helping people with Aesthetic concerns find a way to reverse the effects of age, time, diet, and lack of exercise, by finding the right combination of Aesthetic products and services to help them look and feel their best at home, events, and in the workplace. He attended Medical School at the prestigious Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. After Medical School, he had diverse clinical training in Surgery, Orthopedics, Orthopedic Instrumentation and Fracture, Family Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Fetal Ultrasound, Urgent Care Medicine, and Aesthetic Medicine. He is Board certified and re-certified in Family Medicine. He is currently practicing in Aesthetic Medicine, Teaching Injectables, and Occasional Urgent Care Medicine.
Lisa is a Licensed Paramedical Esthetician and Certified Holistic Aesthetician. She has over 20 years of experience in enhancement and rejuvenation. She has been with Laser Beauty Works since 2013. She is a Colorado Native with a vast education in psychology, religious philosophy art history, herbalism, and aromatherapy. She is a designer and proprietor of Reliquaie Jewelry and Body Care. Lisa merges new medical technologies and approaches in health and skin care with empathy and dedication to providing clients with exceptional options and services.
Originally from San Diego, Halea moved to Colorado to pursue her undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Soon after this she decided to go back to school, becoming a licensed Medical Aesthetician in the states of California and Colorado. She comes to us from a well-known dermatology practice and has a strong background in skin care and aesthetics. She is passionate about all things health and wellness and is dedicated to helping clients reach their skincare goals!
Rachel was born and raised in Boulder, and after briefly moving to San Francisco, returned to Colorado to begin her career in skin care. Rachel is a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician. She has been with Laser Beauty Works since 2021. She received her certifications at The School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics and Rocky Mountain Laser College. She was immediately drawn to the medical side of aesthetics and has a passion for skin care and the ever-advancing technologies that help people look and feel their best.
With nearly 20 years' experience as a licensed aesthetician and certified laser specialist, Michelle possesses extensive knowledge and valuable resources, which allows her to provide clients with exceptional skin care and helps them obtain optimal health of the epidermis. After aesthetic school and various advanced seminars, trainings and certifications, Michelle was able to build a deeper understanding of advanced techniques in the latest medical grade aesthetic treatments. While her hands are her primary tools, she appropriates various modalities to achieve, advanced results such as skin tightening, poor refining, textural, resurfacing, tone, enhancement, and collagen induction. Michelle does not see aesthetics as just skincare, but as healthcare, healing the skin from the inside out. At Laser Beauty Works Michelle will create and walk you through custom in office, as well as, at home treatment plans, and provide you with education on preventative care. The services she provides our unique and are conceived from information she obtains through a thorough skin analysis and through concise communication regarding your needs and overall goals for your skin. Outside of the treatment room, Michelle enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family.
Dr. Jolene Nawrocki, DNP, FNP, RN, has been a licensed medical professional for more than 15 years and a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2017. She obtained her doctorate from University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado and specializes in Primary Care, Regenerative Medicine, and Functional Medicine both as a visiting practitioner and in her own private practice. She holds specialized certifications in trigger point and joint injection therapies, medical aesthetics, IV hydration and hormone replacement therapy. Jolene lives in Wheat Ridge with her husband of 32 years and has 2 grown daughters and their husbands who live in Colorado & Florida. She most recently became a grandma to a beautiful granddaughter and has another one on the way in March of 2025.
